Your rights in connection with data processing

1. Retention and erasure of data

We will retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, as a standard, for a further five (5) years from your last visit or reservation. On behalf of Julia Haynaliy (the company) Vigoroso Boost s.r.o. shall erase and anonymise your data immediately after you request it (except for the cases specified below).

If permitted by law, the data controllers may retain some data also after the end of the retention period, in the following cases:
