Your rights in connection with data processing
1. Retention and erasure of data
We will retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, as a standard, for a further five (5) years from your last visit or reservation. On behalf of Julia Haynaliy (the company) Vigoroso Boost s.r.o. shall erase and anonymise your data immediately after you request it (except for the cases specified below).
If permitted by law, the data controllers may retain some data also after the end of the retention period, in the following cases:
- if we are resolving a problem with you, such as an open dispute or legal claim;
- if we are required to do so by law, or if we retain these data in an aggregated or anonymous form;

4. Withdrawing consent
If you have granted us your consent to process your personal data in order to send you our Newsletter and information about our products to your e-mail, you may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from e-mails by following the instructions contained in each e-mail.
5. Restriction of processing
If you believe that:
- we are processing your inaccurate data;
- the processing of your data is unlawful and you do not wish to erase all your data;
- we no longer need your data for the aforementioned purposes, but you would like to use them to defend your legal claims, for example in court proceedings;
- our emails are bothering you even though we had assumed that they might interest you;
you can ask us to restrict the processing of only some of your personal data or for only certain purposes of processing.
